By accessing or using Ignite Rewards (the "Service"), whether as a school, a reward partner, or a student, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Ignite Rewards is a Canvas LMS-integrated platform that allows students to earn "Flames" based on academic performance and redeem them for rewards through participating schools and reward partners. Features, availability, and integrations may change over time.
Student accounts are created and managed through a school's Canvas integration, under the school's authority and direction. Schools and reward partners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate or falsify Flame balances, accessing accounts or data that are not your own, interfering with the normal operation of the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Flames are a virtual, non-transferable unit with no cash value. Flames cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for currency. Rewards, raffle prizes, and catalog items are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued by the school or reward partner at any time without notice. Ignite Rewards does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward.
Schools and reward partners that subscribe to paid plans agree to pay the fees described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Ignite Rewards may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Ignite Rewards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Schools and reward partners retain ownership of their own content (e.g. reward catalog descriptions and images) submitted to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Rewards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including issues related to Canvas integration availability, reward fulfillment, or data accuracy.
Ignite Rewards may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these terms or an underlying subscription agreement. A school or reward partner may cancel its subscription in accordance with its service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement between Ignite Rewards and a school or partner states otherwise.
Ignite Rewards may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
