Ignite Rewards was born from a simple observation: students who are engaged — who show up, participate, and put in effort — tend to do better in school and feel better about being there. We wanted to give schools an easier way to notice and encourage that, every day, not just at report card time.
That same thinking about how to support students facing extra challenges eventually grew into something bigger than a single platform could hold. It's part of why we helped launch Ignite Futures Foundation, an independent nonprofit focused specifically on connecting students with resources, essentials, and meaningful rewards through participating schools.
Today, Ignite Rewards is a student engagement platform schools use to encourage academic progress, attendance, positive behavior, and school participation — turning day-to-day effort into recognition and real rewards.
At its core, Ignite Rewards is a tool for educators: a way to reinforce the habits and behaviors that help students succeed, and to give every student a reason to believe their effort is noticed.
Our vision is to reach more schools and more students — giving each one another reason to stay engaged with their education, one day of effort at a time.
